There was a long wait for the airport shuttle, and it stops at other hotels along the way.

The hotel has large refillable stations in the bathroom for soap and shampoo, which felt smart and eco-friendly. My room was clean and well arranged, even if it was a bit small. The window blinds blocked out almost all light, perfect for a good night's sleep. I found the bed comfortable. Breakfast options were varied but the setup caused some congestion with the waffle makers. It felt cramped during peak times, and the coffee station could be better organized for flow. I didn't have a pleasant experience with the airport shuttle. I waited for an hour without it arriving, eventually needing a long Uber ride after two hours of waiting. The lack of an apology felt unprofessional and disappointing. Overall, it could use a bit of improvement in guest communication and shuttle service efficiency.

The shuttle to the airport was quite infrequent, causing a bit of inconvenience during our stay.

The pillows were thin, and the room felt small and congested, making it uncomfortable at times. We experienced significant delays with the shuttle service, waiting nearly 45 minutes after unclear instructions complicated our pickup. The absence of a restaurant nearby forced us to grab sandwiches at the front desk, which wasn't ideal for our dinner plans.

During my honeymoon in mississauga, tru by hilton really exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was great, and the recent carpet installation made a big difference. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff, especially monisha, were super helpful.
